Pricing and Payment
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Castlebox reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Castlebox offers Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and direct debit. If you are not comfortable purchasing online, please send us an email leaving your contact telephone details and we will process your order over the telephone.
All information including your credit card and personal information passed from you to Castlebox is transmitted via a secured data transmission.
Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund at info@castlebox.com.au.
Please return merchandise within 14 days of receipt - unworn and unwashed. Please return the product through Australia Post to:

Please include a note with your returned items stating what you would like us to do (i.e. refund or exchange), your full contact details and a self addressed pre-paid post envelope if we are sending goods back to you.
Timing of Dispatch
Castlebox will dispatch orders within 7 days once payment has been confirmed. If there are any delays due to stocking reasons, we will notify you and you have the option of changing or canceling your order.
Delivery Method
Your purchase will be delivered to you via regular Express Australia Post mail service. Postage charges are calculated according to the total weight of goods ordered and their final destination.
The postage charge will be displayed once you proceed to the check out area. To ensure accurate postage, our website obtains an electronic quotation directly from the Australia Post website. Orders of $100 and over will be sent via registered post. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, they will be redirected to your local post office.

All shipping costs are shown at the checkout. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.

Standard Australia Post International rates starts from AU$18 for 250g including insurance, AU$25 up to 500g including insurance and AU$35 up to 750g including insurance.
Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Asia
Standard Australia Post International rates starts from AU$16 for 250g including insurance, AU$20 up to 500g including insurance and AU$27 up to 750g including insurance.
New Zealand
Standard Australia Post International rates starts from AU$15 for 250g including insurance, AU$18 up to 500g including insurance and AU$24 up to 750g including insurance.
North America, South America and Canada
Standard Australia Post International rates starts from AU$14.00 for 250g including insurance, AU$21.75 up to 500g including insurance and AU$30 up to 750g including insurance.
